Saturday: Appointment at 14:45 p.m. at the station of Linthal (a plan with the schedules of transport in common runs will be addressed to you with the confirmation of inscription). Checking of the material and distribution of the lent material, gone up with the ski lift until Seblengrat. Walk to the Gumen mountain inn, 1901 m (6,237 ft). Initiation to the material use and the safety regulations in via ferrata. Evening meal together and presentation of Sunday’s course.
Ascent time approx. ½ hour.
Sunday: After the breakfast, we take the way which leads to the beginning of the Braunwald via ferrata at Gumengrat, 2140m (7,021 ft). The rise begins gently until Leiteregg, 2310m (7,579 ft), then becomes more difficult and air to reach Vorder Eggstock, 2449 m (8,035 ft), and finally very spectacular when we borrow the suspended bridge and the stiff cliff which leads to the key point of this adventure, Hinter Eggstock at 2445 m (8,022 ft). Imposing sight seeing on the glarner mountains until Tödi which with its 3614 m (11,857 ft) is the highest summit of Glarus! Descent by Bützi then by Seblengrat, and descent with the lifts until the Linthal valley.
Ending of the course and individual return back home.
Total time of walk, approx. 7 hours, including 3 to 4 hours in the via ferrata.
Included in the price:
Including the night as well as half-board for the duration of the stay, the tea for the course, the fees and expenses of the guide and the loan of material. The transport costs are not included as well as the costs of the ski lifts.

The requirements for the participants are a physical good condition for rises of 600 m and not to be prone to the giddiness. Knowledge of climbing is not necessary.
Equipment: Climbing or trekking shoes, backpack, mountain or trekking jacket and pants, harness, helmet, leather gloves (gloves of work or gardening), warm clothing, sunglasses, sun lotion, hat, gloves, gourd or Thermos bottle, lunch bag, clothing of replacement, silk sleeping bag, beauty case, eventually a camera.
Material of loan: The technical material (such as harness, helmet, safety straps, etc) can be lent, thank you to specify it at the time of the inscription.
